Group 'Terror Big Ben' Free Will

A group of British Muslim man arrested for allegedly going to attack "Mumbai-style" in London, can be free in less than six years. This is after they ask for the application of detention pengurahan.

These four Muslim men were accused of going to the Christmas attack targeting the Stock Exchange Palace, the Tower of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye and the Palace of Westminster.

They and five other men had been tried for five months at Woolwich Crown Court, and in fact may be sentenced to 20 years in prison.

But at the last session of 11 hours yesterday, they decided to plead guilty after a judge said they could receive a lighter sentence if you want to confess.

Crown court itself is also trying to keep them waiting for a long time, because it means that the cost is enormous, exceeding £ 2 million for legal costs and security and additional costs of living in jail.

In the trial, Justice Wilkie sentenced to 13.5 years of leading the group, Mohammed Chowdhury 21, and sentenced to 12 years Shah Rahman 28.

At the same time, because they want to confess, two inmates have suffered only half his sentence. In five years they could be released.

The man was arrested on December 20, 2010, four days before they planned to drop a bomb in the toilet of the London Stock Exchange.

In all groups of planning and discussion, it was intercepted by police, including their plans to buy an AK-47. The conversation was proof, as evidence in court.
