Tips Eliminate Body Odor


For some people, eliminate body odor is not a problem. Live shower twice a day, use deodorant, perfume, spray a little body odor missing. However, for some, the normal way of this kind not to move a body odor.

I myself belong to those times. Normal way by most people have never succeeded in eliminating body odor. In my body odor is a worse problem ever in my body (even more annoying than buttons). I even had it been frustrated, as my friends have also started to move away because I was distracted by the smell. Severe indeed.

Finally a variety of ways I did this to get rid of body odor. It is not easy, certainly, but it worked. In just one month of my body odor that is used to make people feel sick, lost instantly. And if you're curious, here are some ways I've done this:

1. Take the betel leaf stew, one drink per day

2. Eat at least one hand basil leaves per day

3. Apply bath cucumber slices at the ends of each armpit and other body parts that smell

4. Do not eat fatty foods, especially meats

5. Reduce spicy food

6. Do not drink caffeine-containing coffee

7. Wearing a deodorant spray (a solid or roll-on simply underarm moisture, leaving traces in the clothes anyway).

That's the way I did to get rid of body odor. 1-3 is a way to make us more fragrant body odor, while the manner of 4-6 is an attempt to reduce sweating (but body odor arise from the sweat does remove it). And the seventh is the way how to keep the smell of armpits is aroma.

I do not know how to number the number of body odor to eliminate the most nutritious. But I'm sure the way is a combination of the seven who stand. Try to do this for a month.
